I was born in Bangkok Thailand, where at an
early age I learned how to cook every day with my grandma. My aunt who lived in the same house taught me how to bake. She taught me many native ingredients and original Thai baking processes that I still use today. I hope you enjoy my bakery as I bring the flavors of Thailand to Fort Carson and the local area with handcrafted pastries baked fresh every time.
